Then I realized they saw the price drop and had already changed the booking for me. I smiled at my screen. My kid ran over and asked why I was smiling. I told her I just saved some money and maybe I could buy her one more iced drink. In that moment it felt kind of cool. I did nothing and the deal just got better by itself and I saved some money. For a parent traveling with kids these 20 plus dollars are real money. It means a few more snacks. That night I opened my booking again and looked at it one more time and I felt relaxed because I did not have to worry about the price anymore.
