East Coast Car Rentals provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. Jucy highly recommend to finish the online check-in process before pick-up, which can save the time for your rest of journey. After you have arrived at Adelaide Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and se1ect #1, then #6 to request our free shuttle service. Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the shuttle bus collection point.To get there, walk out of the terminal and across the plaza to the left past the taxi rank, and wait by the red mail box. The last airport shuttle collection time is 4:30pm weekdays, and 3:30pm on Saturdays for car pick-ups.

Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.

The Europcar counter is located on the ground floor of the airport, opposite the domestic baggage collection carousels. Privilege customers can make their way directly to the carpark office by following the car rental signs in the airport.The Privilege board is situated at the pedestrian crossing as you're entering the car rental car park. The Europcar car park office is in the back left, customers are to follow the wall to the very end once they've crossed at the lights to reach the car park office.
