Cross the pedestrian crossing and wait at Shuttle Bay 3 for the Apex shuttle Domestic Terminal： Jetstar & Virgin Australia After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +61 7 2142 3429) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Baggage Claim area, exit the terminal via the main doors. Walk towards the Skywalk and go up the travellator. Turn left at the top of the travellator and walk across the Skywalk to the second travellator on the right. Take the travellator down to the ground level and turn right. Wait in the Bus and Coach area B2 until the Apex Shuttle arrives.
