Our staff will park the vehicle in the M building parking lot of the P2 parking lot ten minutes before the agreed pick-up time. The parking lot offers 30 minutes of free pick-up time. If you exceed this time, a parking fee of 600 yen per hour, up to a maximum of 1,600 yen will be charged. We will send pictures of the vehicle license plate information and specific route guidance to your reserved email on the day of pick-up, so please check it. If you need to pick up the car earlier or later, please contact us via email or social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LINE, or WeChat. For all pick-up points and stores, except at airports where we follow the flight delay policy based on the airport's flight arrival information (free waiting for 90 minutes, ¥1,000 yen service waiting fee per hour after that), the vehicle will only be held for one hour from the agreed pick-up time. Failure to pick up the vehicle on time will be handled according to platform rules, and no refund will be given in case of complete loss.

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation
For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
