International Terminal: Turn right after customs, head towards Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles area, located at lanes 5 or 6. *This area is the designated rental car company pick-up area at the airport. *Staff will send shuttle bus photos in the WeChat group, or inform you of the license plate number via phone. Please wait patiently for the staff to pick you up. The estimated waiting time is 10-15 minutes. Domestic Terminal: For Air NZ: After picking up your luggage at Air NZ, please walk toward the dining area in the terminal. After passing McDonald's, you will see the Jetstar counter about 50 meters away. Just exit from Gate 7 opposite the counter. For Jetstar Airlines: After picking up your luggage at Jetstar Airlines, please go to the Jetstar counter and exit from Gate 7 opposite the counter. Please wait patiently for the staff to pick you up. The estimated waiting time is 10-15 minutes.
