Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: SOUTH TERMINAL: Counter is located on the Ground Level, 1 level below baggage claim. NORTH TERMINAL: Catch Airport Shuttle to the South Terminal, Counter is located on Ground Level, 1 level below baggage claim. CARS: Vehicles are located in 2 locations. LOCATION 1: Located inside the garage, near the south terminal counter. LOCATION 2: Located approximately 150 yards from the airport counter. Customers can either walk to vehicles or catch airport shuttle bus, that runs continuously every 15 minutes to the car rental parking lots. RETURNS: Return vehicles to the Budget Car Rental parking lot location. Customer can either walk to the south terminal or catch airport shuttle bus to north or south terminal. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Allowed. Place keys and completed contract (customer MUST fill out RETURN address, so copy of receipt can be mailed to them) in the drop box located on the rental counter. RESTRICTED HIGHWAYS & ROADS: Budget vehicles are restricted from traveling on the following highways & dangerous dirt/gravel roads. Dempster, Denali, Dalton, Elliot, Stesse, Taylor, McCarthy & gravel/dirt roads not regularly maintained by the State of Alaska.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

  An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
