Upon arrival and when you exit Customs, please call 0800.800.317 from any landline and we will direct you to the pick up point located 5 metres outside terminal Door 1. Calls are free and no coins are needed unless you are using a cell phone. You may also arrange for pickup anywhere in the city. Just call 021 417 556, give the name of your hotel and address and we will send the shuttle to pick you up. Vehicles are held up to two hours after reserved time during operating hours.
