The QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program allow registered QEEQ.COM users (“Referrer”) to earn referral bonuses (“Rental Credits”) by inviting friends (“Referee”) to sign up and make use of the QEEQ.COM online reservation services. The following QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program Terms apply to the Referrer and Referees (together referred to as the “Participants”) participating in the QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program.
By participating in the QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program, the Referee acknowledges that QEEQ.COM may at its sole discretion, share the Referee’s user name and status of the Eligible Registration in the Referrer’s user account setting to inform the Referrer about the status of the earned Rental Credits. QEEQ.COM will not share any car rental reservation information. If you do not want the Referrer to receive the information about you, please do not finalize the registration after clicking on the Referral Link. Your participation in the QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program will be stopped.
1. Eligibility
Participants, meaning Referrer and Referee, must be 18 years of age and older. Participants must be natural persons. Referrers and Referees must at all times be different people.
2. Earning Referral Rental Credits
Referral Rental Credits can be earned as the following steps:
- The Referrer shares the referral link as provided on the QEEQ.COM website (the “Referral Link”). The Referrer is not entitled to use the Referral Link in or for paid promotions, including online advertising.
- A person, receiving the link (the “Referee”), creates an Eligible Registration on QEEQ.COM with email or Facebook through the Referral Link.
- When a Referee finishes an Eligible Registration, both the Referrer and the Referee will be credited with the Rental Credit amount described in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
The Referrer may only earn the Referral Rental Credits maximum 10 times in total.
A registration is considered an “Eligible Registration” when it has been made by clicking on a valid Referral Link. QEEQ.COM will only recognize one Eligible Registration per Referee to count for the Referral Rental Credits.
Referral Rental Credits may not be earned by creating multiple QEEQ.COM Accounts. Referral Rental Credits accrued in separate QEEQ.COM accounts may not be combined into one QEEQ.COM account.
3. Redeeming Referral Rental Credits
Referral Rental Credits may only be redeemed via the QEEQ.COM Site, Application, and Services. Referral Rental Credits will automatically appear as coupon credits on the checkout page and must be used on a reservation within one year from the date they are issued. After one year, the Referral Rental Credits will expire.
Each referral or referee coupon is valid on a minimum rental period of 3 days.
Referral Rental Credits must be used on a reservation of which the costs are fully or partially made through QEEQ.COM (excluding any costs incurred directly at the car rental counter).
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Referral Rental Credits can change at any time.
Referral Rental Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes. These coupons have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Referral Rental Credits, please contact us at support@qeeq.com. We may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at QEEQ.COM’s sole discretion.
Multiple Referrals
Each Referee may only make use once of a Referral Link to create an Eligible Registration. If a Referee receives referral links from multiple Referrers, only the corresponding Referrer of the referral link used by the Referee will receive Rental Credit.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving the invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are genuine users or personal friends.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
QEEQ.COM may suspend or terminate the Share and Save Program or a person’s ability to participate in the Share and Save Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to investigate participation in the QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may include that QEEQ.COM can at its own discretion suspend accounts, remove Referral Rental Credits or cancel a reservation. Referral Rental Credits earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program terms will be null and void and repayment may be requested by QEEQ.COM.
Updates to the Terms and Conditions
QEEQ.COM can update these terms on its Site, Applications, and Services at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the QEEQ.COM Share and Save Program after any changes shall constitute consent to such changes.
Shall there be any discrepancy between the English and other language versions of Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
