To keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has rented a car through QEEQ.COM can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real customer like you. Who will be better to tell others about the convenient car rental than someone who’s rented and driven the car?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.

Contributions to QEEQ.COM are a reflection of the dedication of our customers and car providers, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for responses of car providers to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. QEEQ.COM’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both customers and car providers.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on QEEQ.COM relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning QEEQ.COM’s services should be routed to our Customer Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. QEEQ.COM car providers should not post on behalf of customers or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. QEEQ.COM will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
Use of reviews. QEEQ.COM can use the reviews for other purposes without the prior consent of the customers. Without prior authorization from QEEQ.COM, neither company nor individual can collect, quote, or cite any content in QEEQ.COM.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of QEEQ.COM customers and car providers, and not of QEEQ.COM. QEEQ.COM does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. QEEQ.COM is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
